Request Funding

Hastings Round Table welcomes donation requests from members of the public and organisations local to the Hastings area. However, as we have a limited amount of funds available, we apply specific criteria to guide our decision-making. While exceptions can be made in certain circumstances, the key considerations for funding requests are as follows:

  • Local Requirement – The request must directly benefit the Hastings community.
  • Not Part of a National Charity – We prioritise independent initiatives over larger national organisations.
  • Specific Request – Applications should be for a defined purpose rather than general funding.

To help us assess your request efficiently, please ensure your application clearly addresses these criteria. Be as detailed as possible to strengthen your application and demonstrate how it aligns with our funding priorities.
